To enable this, we need great staff on our team.
We are looking to appoint a Family Support Worker to provide day to day practical assistance to the Vice Principal; the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead; and the Attendance & Welfare Officer; and to promote student well-being and attendance across the Academy.
You’ll be a consistent point of contact for students, providing support, welfare and guidance. You will also play a key role in engaging hard-to-reach families, and families who require extra support.
