The Role

Actual salary: £13,047 – £13,263 | FTE: £22,366 - £22,737

 

25 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm), 39 weeks per year (term time + 5 days)

 

We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Catering Assistant to join the Catering team at the Trust. The post holder will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to students and staff in either the main school diner and/or our Coffee Shop at Sir Christopher Hatton Academy. You may also be asked to support our Primary Catering team, based at Oakway Academy.

·      the minimum of Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths

·      a Level 2 catering related qualification or a commitment to complete a qualification

·      Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate

·      experience of working in a commercial kitchen

·      the ability to work confidently in a “front of house” role
