At Sir Christopher Hatton Academy, we provide an education with character, encompassing our core values of Excellence, Aspiration, Achievement, Inspiration and Community to ensure that all our students are flourishing and prepared for the tests of life, not just a life of tests. To enable this, we need great staff on our team.
Perhaps you are considering a career in teaching? Becoming a Classroom Supervisor will give you excellent school experience! Or, you might already work with young people and want to expand on this.
We are keen to support a good work-life balance; this role is term time, and you are not expected to plan lessons – you will ensure that work set by the teacher is completed.
You will need to successfully manage behaviour in the classroom, and have the ability to motivate pupils across the whole curriculum.
Sir Christopher Hatton Academy is a great place to work, where staff are valued and supported. Here is some feedback from existing colleagues showing how they feel about being part of the team:
“This workplace is highly supportive, and the leadership have the best intentions to support you, and to do their best to help you grow”
