Main Pay Range / Upper Pay Range plus TLR 2b

We are seeking to appoint a motivated and inspirational Head of Year 12 to work with the Head of Sixth Form to support and guide students as they begin their journey in our Sixth Form. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of Sir Christopher Hatton Academy. Formed in 1983, our mission is to ‘Aim for Excellence’ in all that we do. We are proud to be the highest performing secondary school in Northamptonshire; in the top 1% of schools in the country for Progress 8; and a World Class School.
